1. how to order?
-i open a batch of commissions whenever i am able to. each batch usually takes about 2-4 weeks to accomplish, depending on the volume and complexity of orders.

2. can i customize my order?
-yes, all orders are customized to the buyer's liking and preference ^v^
3. is cod allowed?
-currently my only available mop is thru online payments. cod for sf is allowed if your chosen mod is ggx, lbc, or sdd.
4. do you have sco?
-yes, but the only mop allowed is thru shopeepay to avoid lost or damaged parcels.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please be 100% sure before placing your order.
2. All the products are handmade and requires a lot of time, please expect minor flaws such as small air bubbles. It takes approximately 3-4 days to fully design/produce each item, so please be patient with your orders and give me 2-3 weeks to accomplish the whole batch. No rush shipping po please, your trust and understanding is very much appreciated.
3. Strictly no cancellations of orders once payment terms have been settled.
4. Must pay full amount before or on the given deadline. A late fee costing PHP 20 per day will be charged if unable to meet the deadline of payments.
5. The seller will not take responsibility if the package has been damaged by the courier for we have no control over this, but rest assured that your orders will be safely packed before shipping.
6. As of now, the only available mode of payment and deliveries are the ones that are stated.
